BRUCE MCLEAN
President Bruce
has been involved in the environmental contracting and consulting arena since 1986. His first three years were spent in the asbestos
abatement industry where he served as a compliance officer on large-scale asbestos
abatement projects throughout the country. He has served as a project manager of a
contracting firm during large-scale demolition and hazardous material abatement, primarily
asbestos lead, PCBs and mercury. His
experience as an environmental consultant has included residential, commercial industrial
and institutional clients. Bruce has been
responsible for assessing of a wide variety of clients and implementing a program that
effectively meets these needs and encompasses the health, safety, liability and cost
concerns of the client. His experience
in the industry includes building inspections, management planning, operations and
maintenance program development, remediation project design, pre-qualifying contractors
and letting contracts, abatement project management, air monitoring and project closeout
report compilation. Bruce
also lectures on a variety of environmental and health & safety topics for training
providers including the University of North Dakota, Midwest Center for Occupational Health
& Safety, META, the National Asbestos Council and Lake States Environmental. Years in the environmental industry 16
Tonys experience in the
environmental industry began as an intern in industrial hygiene for HWM Technologies in
1990. There he was involved in numerous
asbestos building inspections including extensive surveys in hospitals and industrial
facilities. Upon completion of his college
education, Tony began work full time in the environmental industry at Concept
Environmental Services and worked his way to the position of General Manager before he
started at AirTech. His experience in environmental
industry has been quite diverse. He has
performed numerous asbestos inspections in public and private buildings, investigated
indoor air quality problems, conducted air monitoring during asbestos abatement projects,
completed lead-based paint inspections and performed a wide variety of industrial hygiene
monitoring activities. As AHERA Coordinator,
he directs and manages all inspection and recordkeeping activities for our AHERA regulated
clients. In addition to his experience, Tony has completed courses in Water and Wastewater Control, Industrial Hygiene, Hazardous Waste Management and Environmental Law. Years in environmental industry

LEE CARLSON - E/OHS Program Coordinator Lee
spent an additional 5 years as a Watershed based ecologist were he honed skills and
knowledge associated with the natural environment. That career development opportunity
allowed time to conduct research, further develop supervisory skills, and identify,
develop, and secure public and private grants. Lees
most recent experiences include E/OHS program consultation for public and private schools,
government and commercial accounts. Consultation activities and responsibilities included,
record management, program review, and employee training. In addition to health and safety
program activities Lee has been involved with in-door-air quality monitoring, asbestos
site contractor supervision, lead-in-water investigations, bio-contamination studies and
intermediary for clients subject to OSHA compliance actions. Lee
is an important resource as in the development, updating, and revitalization of AirTech/s
E/OHS programs for industry and schools. The role of E/OHS program development will
further augment AirTechs commitment to custom designed program approach to health

Nathan began working in the industry
as an intern while attending the University of Wisconsin in River Falls. He began full time upon completion of his degree. His attention to detail and extensive project
background has since made him a valuable project manager and asbestos analyst. While attending the University
Nathan received training in a wide variety of environmental and safety issues including
Microbiology, Soil Conservation, Water and Wastewater Treatment and Industrial Hygiene. His primary duties involve our
microbial and asbestos laboratory although while with AirTech, Nathan has been able to
utilize this knowledge on projects ranging from environmental audits to asbestos abatement
project design management. He has over 7
years of on-site project management and air monitoring experience that has given him a
thorough grasp of asbestos abatement practices and contractor activities. Years in environmental industry 10 STEVEN MUSSER Health
& Safety Specialist Steve graduated from Gustavus
Adolphus College with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education and Health and spent 11
years in the education industry as a teacher and physical education instructor. He moved into the safety and health industry in
1995 when he was hired by an industrial plant to complete their comprehensive safety
program and provide CPR, First Aid and safety training.
Since 1996, Steve has worked as an
environmental technician and health & safety program coordinator for private
consulting firms. The majority of his work
has been in schools across the state where he was responsible for compliance with
Department of Children, Families & Learning requirements. His duties include health and safety
program design and administration, industrial hygiene monitoring, asbestos testing and
design, and safety and health training. Years in environmental industry 8
JEFF LISSICK - Environmental
Specialist Jeff began work in the industry as
an asbestos air-monitoring technician. He has
quickly become experienced in multiple areas of the asbestos industry and is proficient at
indoor air quality investigations. Jeffs primary skills include
on-site project management where he acts in the capacity of the building owners
representative. His duties include project
coordination, asbestos building inspections, pre-renovation hazardous materials surveys,
asbestos and mold sampling, project completion verification, contractor supervision and
regulatory compliance. Years in environmental industry 7 JAMES RODEN Project
Manager Jim began work in the environmental
industry as an asbestos and lead abatement project monitor and supervisor. His duties have included on-site air monitoring,
hazardous materials investigations, asbestos and lead building surveys, OSHA & EPA
regulatory compliance, superfund remediation project management and monitoring well
installation. His most recent
experience included the investigation and assessment of United States Post Office
facilities throughout the Midwest. Jim also spent two years with the
North Dakota State Department of Healths Asbestos Control Program. While there, Jim conducted compliance inspections
at asbestos abatement projects throughout the State, prepared inspection reports,
determined enforcement actions, processed project notifications and reported to the EPA. At AirTech, Jim coordinates
asbestos, lead and hazardous materials assessment activities and performs asbestos and
lead paint abatement project design. Years in environmental industry 14
GEORGE SULLIVAN
Senior Project Manager Georges experience in
the environmental industry began as an air-sampling technician in early 1990. In 1991 he moved to Minnesota and began work for
Nova Environmental Services where he monitored the activities of asbestos abatement
contractors during work on several multi-million dollar projects. Most
recently, George worked at IBM in Rochester as the Asbestos Coordinator in charge of all
asbestos related activities at the 35 building facility.
For three years his responsibilities included inspections of all
construction/remodeling projects for asbestos containing building materials, coordination
of asbestos removal, asbestos abatement contract management, and maintenance of the
facilities asbestos management plan. George
is currently in charge of AirTechs branch operations in Rochester and he performs
asbestos project management and environmental health & safety program management for
numerous clients. Years in environmental industry 12 DAN JOHNSON
Health and Safety Consultant Dan
has been involved with health and safety since 1996 when he graduated from Mankato State
University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science/Biology. His responsibilities have included development,
implementation and management of OSHA and EPA mandated health and safety programs in
school districts as well as industry. Dan
also has certifications as an asbestos inspector and site supervisor. He has successfully inspected and supervised many
asbestos abatement projects. Other environmental areas Dan has been involved with include
Indoor Air Quality, Lead in water, Emissions, Building Safety/Security and Playground

JEFF KOLITZ Environmental Technician Jeff performs various on site
industrial hygiene testing activities including air monitoring, project oversight of
asbestos removal projects, contractor management and coordination, asbestos testing,
pre-renovation hazardous material assessments, project scheduling and report preparation. Years in environmental industry

JESSE OLSON Environmental Technician Jesse performs on site asbestos air
sampling and analysis services as well as numerous health and safety and industrial
hygiene sampling procedures. He is also
experience in asbestos abatement project oversight asbestos inspection, hazardous material
