AirTech Environmental, Inc. provides "due diligence" environmental assessments for all types of properties and clients. Whether the property is to be transferred, foreclosed, refinanced, or sold, AirTech can provide the services required for a thorough investigation into current and past practices at the property. All work is designed to provide for a "due diligence" defense, should the need arise.

AirTech utilizes the industry standard ASTM guidelines for environmental assessments and adds an ample dose of common sense to provide our clients with an extensive history, as well as a thorough current picture of the property. We take pride in the completeness of our studies and we present our findings in clear, concise reports that can be tailored to meet your needs.

*SUMMARY PHASE I

AirTech has introduced a new approach to the Transaction Screen -- conduct a complete Phase I Assessment and write an abbreviated report, reducing total cost. Our assessments are performed according to The American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) guidelines for Phase I Environmental Assessments. The assessment report is a one-page, easy-to-read summary, plus maps. All research and inspection protocol are identical to the Standard Phase I, and site records are retained in our files in the event that a complete report is later desired. We call our abbreviated report the Summary Phase I.
